Small Cowl* 22"v 4.5" (Folded size)

All scarves are made from Polyester Chiffon.

*A Cowl is a continuous scarf that fits over the head and does not require tying. The Small cowl works well for smaller people, as well as for summer wear, when you just want an accent.
